Barret Mbuvi Kamunzyu
Lead-Consultant
He is a focused and result-oriented researcher and independent Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) consultant with over seven years of diverse experience. He holds a degree in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Nairobi and a Postgraduate Degree in Population Studies (Demography) at the same institution.
Barret’s extensive experience spans working with both local and international NGOs, including Livelihoods Venture, International Child Development Initiatives (ICDI), Voluntary Service Overseas (VSO), TechnoServe Kenya, and World Vision Kenya, among others. He has also provided technical assistance to institutions such as Dorcas Relief & Foundation and the Kenya National Bureau of Statistics (KNBS).
Baraka Leonard Mfilinge
Co-Consultant
He is a Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability & Learning (MEAL) Specialist and Professional Teacher with over seven years of comprehensive experience in data and project management. His academic background includes a Master of Arts in Monitoring and Evaluation and a Bachelor of Arts with Education from The Open University of Tanzania, which has equipped him with a strong foundation in both theoretical and practical aspects of monitoring, evaluation, and education.
Peace Japhece Aligawesa
Co-Consultant
Holds a Masters’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Dar es Salaam. She has a strong passion for community development and has been actively involved in various projects to improve education and social welfare in Tanzania. With her background in linguistics, Peace brings a unique perspective to the SAUTI ZETU baseline survey, allowing her to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders and ensure that their voices are heard and accounted for in the survey process. Her attention to detail and organizational skills makes her an asset to the research team, ensuring that the survey is conducted efficiently and effectively.
